1. Scope
These Terms of Service apply to the website https://moviemind.eu and all associated services and sub-platforms operated by Richi AI. They govern the use of the Movie Mind platform, where users can save, rate movies and series, and receive personalized recommendations.
2. Use of Artificial Intelligence
Movie Mind uses AI and automation technologies (including Google Gemini and Supabase) for: • Data analysis and recommendation systems, • User profile evaluation, • User interface optimization, • Error analysis and system performance. Movie and series data is sourced from TMDb (The Movie Database). There is no automated decision-making with legal or significant effects within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR.
3. Intellectual Property
All content, software components, designs, and texts on moviemind.eu are the property of Richi AI, unless otherwise stated. Data obtained via TMDb is subject to TMDb's terms of use and remains their intellectual property. Commercial reuse or automated data usage is prohibited without express written consent.
4. User Obligations
Users agree to: • use the platform only for private, lawful purposes; • not deploy bots or scrapers; • not upload or distribute copyrighted content; • not post reviews or comments that are offensive, discriminatory, or unlawful.
5. Liability
Richi AI assumes no liability for: • Incorrect or incomplete movie data from third-party providers (e.g., TMDb), • temporary outages or technical disruptions, • AI-generated recommendations or inaccuracies, • damages caused by unauthorized use of the platform. Liability for intent or gross negligence remains unaffected.
6. Third-Party Platforms
Movie Mind uses data and interfaces from TMDb, Supabase, Google (Gemini), Stripe, Resend, and Vercel. Richi AI assumes no responsibility for the content or privacy practices of these third parties.
7. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by German law. Place of jurisdiction is Frankfurt am Main, Germany.
